NIBE Fighter Boiler ProblemsBack home Fighter 360p explainedThe Nibe Fighter 360p is a Swedish-made electric boiler. It uses a air exhaust heat pump (AEHP), along with a immersion heater. The boiler provides both domestic hot water (DHW) and low temprature central heating. AEHPs use energy in exhaust air. The air heats refrigerant, which is compressed, and used to heat water. Exhaust air is air taken from warm locations of your property, such as the kitchen or bathroom, at no less than 110 m3/h or 31 l/s. That air is then replaced with outdoor air entering through vents located in most rooms. The boiler has three modes:
One button enables extra hot water (XHW), using the immersion, when it's required. It's the only time the DHW reaches 60°C. In theory, it sounds great. But, In practice, it simply doesn't work. |
